This level of service includes complete mechanical / hydraulic services, design modifications, electronic control upgrades, electronic graphic upgrades. Complete control upgrades for servo hydraulic vibration table systems (shaker tables) are also available.
Service Your Equipment
While some companies are content building and selling testing equipment, we pride ourselves on offering a full line of maintenance services for your existing vibration and impact simulators. The following services are available for a variety of packaging, transportation, and impact test equipment.
- Annual Preventative Maintenance & Calibration Services.
- Consumable Parts – Replace parts during routine maintenance that require replacement within one year of normal wear and tear.
- Technical Support – Unlimited phone and email support 8 AM – 5 PM PST, Mon-Fri except for holidays. Technical support provided until issue resolved.
- Labor & Warranted Parts – Includes on-site service & repairs performed by a Oryan Field Engineer as per Oryan Corporation warranty.
- Travel – Includes travel expenses incurred by an Oryan Field Engineer to perform on-site maintenance, calibration services, and resolve equipment issues.
